Restaurant Lombarden welcomes a limited number of guests into an intimate room where the evening is devoted entirely to gastronomy. The table is reserved, the pace may slow, and every course receives the attention it deserves.

A flavourful evening in a refined setting
The kitchen presents a single gastronomic menu. Guests choose from four, five, six or seven courses and then let themselves be guided by the chef’s ideas. Seasonal produce forms the starting point. Refined preparations, carefully composed flavours and a precise presentation give each course its place in the whole.
The same attention is given to what is poured into the glass. The wine selection brings together exceptional bottles and exclusive discoveries. Alongside the menu, a well-judged wine pairing can complement the dishes and reveal new nuances. Guests who prefer to choose for themselves will find on the wine list all the room to give the evening a personal accent.

Lombarden is made for guests who like to set an evening aside for dinner. For a celebration, or an encounter that calls for an exceptional table. Or simply for the pleasure of being surprised the whole evening through. With only a few covers, the team can attend to every table personally, from the first welcome to the last course.
Your Gastronomic Evening
Restaurant Lombarden welcomes you from Thursday to Saturday, exclusively for dinner. We kindly ask you to arrive at your reserved time, between 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
We serve a gastronomic five-course menu, which can be extended to a six- or seven-course experience. After dinner, you are warmly invited to continue enjoying the evening in our lounges or at Bar Mémoir.
Reservation and credit card pre-authorisation
To confirm your reservation, we require a valid credit card. An amount of €50 per person will be pre-authorised on your card as a guarantee. This authorisation is not an immediate payment.
In the event of a timely cancellation or after your visit, the pre-authorisation will be released. The time it takes for the amount to become available again depends on your card issuer.

Cancellation and changes to the number of guests
You may cancel your reservation free of charge or reduce the number of guests up to 72 hours before your scheduled arrival time.
For cancellations or reductions made after this deadline, a fee of €30 per cancelled guest will apply. In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, a fee of €50 per person will apply.
Please notify us of any cancellations or changes by telephone or email. We will confirm the processing of your request by email.
Dietary requirements and allergies
Our gastronomic menu is carefully and creatively crafted. To preserve the character of our dishes, we can accommodate dietary requirements and allergies only to a limited extent.
Please inform us of any requirements for each guest concerned when making your reservation and no later than 72 hours before your visit. Our team will assess the possibilities and confirm which adjustments can be accommodated.
- Vegetarian: a fully vegetarian menu is available upon request. A vegan menu is not available.
- Gluten: we can limit gluten, but we cannot offer a completely gluten-free menu.
- Lactose: we can limit lactose, but cannot eliminate it entirely. A completely lactose-free menu is therefore not available.
- Mushrooms: we can omit mushrooms from the dishes, but not from our broth infusions. A menu entirely free of mushrooms is therefore not available.
- Core ingredients: eggs, spinach, citrus, vinegar, garlic, leeks, celery, onions and related ingredients are essential to our preparations and cannot be excluded.
If you are allergic to any of these ingredients or have multiple dietary restrictions, please contact us before making your reservation. For reservations made less than 72 hours before your visit, we also ask you to contact us in advance if any adjustments are required.
Adjustments requested only upon arrival cannot be guaranteed.
Dress Code
At Cobergher Hotel, we maintain a casual chic dress code. We kindly ask you to wear smart attire that complements the atmosphere of the hotel and restaurant.
